Invoice analysis

The electricity bill checked against your own metering — by year, month, supplier and CFE division — so you know whether what you are charged matches what you consumed.

Verify, don't just pay

The Invoice Analysis — Energy & Economics module puts billing next to metering. It is the only way to catch a charge that does not belong: a reading error, a demand charge wrongly applied, or a tariff that is no longer the right one.

The analysis filters by year, month, supplier and CFE division, so an organisation with several load centers can review them separately or together.

The comparison is worth something because the two sources are independent: the bill comes from the supplier; the metering is yours.

What is analysed

  • Billed energy and cost by period
  • Applicable supplier and CFE division
  • Bill components against your own metering
  • Selection by load center, one or many
  • Comparison across periods

How it is queried

Filters scope the review, and load centers are selected in bulk or one by one — from a single site to the whole organisation on the same screen.

EVA-Smart AI invoice analysis comparing 47 load centers over one period
One billed period across the whole organisation: total energy and cost, $/kWh with VAT, peak demand and average power factor, broken down by load center and by tariff period.

Filters

  • Load center: one, several or all.
  • Year and month: the billed period.
  • Supplier: who issues the bill.
  • CFE division: the applicable tariff division.

What it can recover

  • Detect differences between what was billed and what was measured.
  • Identify demand charges that do not match the real profile.
  • Assess whether the contracted tariff is still the best fit.
  • Back a claim to the supplier with your own evidence.
